The outside has been painted at some point in its past the inside is all original. Unfortunately no keys but it is open a locksmith could cut some keys if you still intending using it as a safe if not it would still make an amazing conversation piece or side table. Please study photos for condition, It is an antique used item it will have marks/imperfections etc but this just adds to its character and patina. An amazing conversation piece or side table!
