Please scroll down to see the photos. Measuring approximately 6 7/8 tall, not counting the wood knob or handle, and 5 1/8 in diameter, this is a very rare Universal Blend Coffee tin, featuring Uncle Sam.

It dates to about 1860s - 1870s as far as I can tell. It doesnt have any dents on the body, but does have one very shallow and narrow dent in the lid, about 3/8 long, which is not immediately noticeable.

It also has some scratches, and the wooden knob on top is somewhat wobbly; the lid fits well. It's a great old tin! Thanks so much for viewing this item, and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.
