SUPER RARE! The Nextmen 1st ever vinyl only 150 ever pressed can't buy elsewhere

This vinyl was given to me by Brad (The Nextmen) and my friend who was part of Bad Sneakers, as far as I understand, on a brief visit to my house back in 1997. Speaking to my friend the other day, who gave me the record, he said there was only 150 ever pressed, (he only has 1 left). Apparently someone else was going to fund another pressing but it never happened, which is a shame, as it's an absolute blinder!! A side is Mental Alchemy, B side is Child.

Both sides have the original version first, then the instrumental and finally the vocal, clean and on its own. The vinyl is near mint with no surface noise as far as I can discern, even in the quiet bits, it is in really really excellent condition! The sleeve has a little bit of wear, please see the pics, there is an inner giving the vinyl some extra protection.
